Why Did We Do This?

Joblay was founded during the tech layoffs in 2024 (200K+ workers were let go by tech companies in 2023) impacting several of our friends and colleagues. It was very tough to get jobs and interviews. So, we built Joblay, a job resource platform to help our community find their next dream job.
